Ingredients:200 g wheat gluten
50 g cucumber green onion garlic prickly ash seeds white vinegar chicken essence (chicken stock/bouillon) ground chili salt Note: the amount of the ingredients especially the seasonings listed above can be appropriately used according to one's personal taste. |
Preparation: A. Peel the garlic. Wash it in water and then chop it up. Place the pieces on a plate
